Never ate McDonald's in my life. Had a period of time where I was sick and I couldn't cook for myself so I went to McDonald's and ate their food for about a month. After I recovered and no longer had to eat McDonald's and was able to cook for myself I found myself craving for their food and it's been 3 months! Just yesterday I found myself in their parking lot looking at the app online just craving for a milkshake or a burger and I said to myself get the heck out of here! Had to say to myself don't do it! I was able to get out of their parking without ordering a a thing, thankfully. Additionally the month that I was eating only McDonald's my blood tests became abnormal. This had never happened before in my whole life, ever! Each was either too high or too low. Since I stopped eating McDonald's and am back to my regular diet (for the past 3 months) my blood levels are all back within normal ranges. I do not know what they put in their food but it should be illegal! Do not eat McDonald's, it will destroy your health and addict you.
